**Data Collected with the Contact Form**
By completing the contact form, the user:

– Provides their email address and phone number for contact purposes;
– Writes a message to be sent to info@lasemicroma.com.
**Retention Period**
The information provided by the user through the completion of the contact form (name, email address, and text of the message) will be processed and stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected, namely to respond to the query submitted, or at most, for a period of 5 years from the time of collection.
**Origin, Legal Basis, and Purpose of Processing**

**Recipients of Personal Data**

**Right to Erasure and Right to Rectification**
The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller:
– The rectification of data if it is incorrect;

**Right to Data Portability**
